Paver Cleaning, Sanding, & Sealing: Restore & Protect

Prevent Structural Shift

Stabilizes joint sand to lock pavers in place and prevent shifting, sinking, or loose stones over time.

Block Weeds & Pests

Hardened joint sand creates a barrier that stops weeds, grass, and ant hills from ruining your hardscape.

Restore Rich Color

Premium sealers bring back deep, vibrant tones while shielding surfaces from harsh UV fading and weather wear.

Stain & Oil Resistance

Protects porous concrete and brick pavers against oil spills, rust, tire marks, and organic staining.

Our Paver Restoration Process:

Step 1: Deep Cleaning & Efflorescence Removal

We use targeted pressure washing and specialized cleaner solutions to strip away ground-in dirt, moss, algae, and white mineral deposits (efflorescence) without damaging the paver surface.

Step 2: Complete Joint Prep & Drying

Old, contaminated joint material and debris are flushed out completely. We ensure the entire area is given adequate drying time before applying fresh joint sand.

Step 3: Polymeric / Joint Sand Installation

High-grade joint sand is swept evenly across the pavers and compacted down to fill all voids completely, ensuring structural stability across the surface.

Step 4: Premium Sealer Application

We apply a commercial-grade paver sealer in your choice of finish (natural look, satin, or high gloss). This locks in the sand, highlights the stone’s color, and provides long-lasting protective sealing.
