Our Wood Restoration Process:
Step 1: Prep & Hydration
We begin by pre-wetting your landscaping and grass to ensure our cleaning agents only affect the fence. We then inspect the wood or vinyl for structural integrity and identify the specific type of organic growth present.
Step 2: Biological Treatment
Our soft wash solution is applied at low pressure to penetrate deep into the grain (for wood) or crevices (for vinyl). This kills mold, mildew, and algae at the source rather than just blasting the surface layer away.
Step 3: Wood Brightening
For wood surfaces, we apply a specialized pH balancer that reverses the graying caused by UV damage. This process “wakes up” the natural fibers, restoring the warm, honey-toned look of the original lumber.
Step 4: Final Rinse & Reveal
We finish with a thorough, low-pressure rinse to remove all neutralized debris and cleaning agents. Your fence, deck, or dock is left sanitized, brightened, and perfectly prepared if you choose to stain it later.
