Step 3: Dwell Time
Our solution stays on the roof for a specific “dwell time” to fully break down organic growth and lichen. By letting the chemistry do the work, we avoid the need for heavy foot traffic or damaging high-pressure spray.
Step 4: Rinse and Finish
